This bathroom and shower remodel near Denver included a unique structural component that is not commonly required in projects of this size. The original partition wall enclosing the water closet was removed and replaced with a recessed ceiling beam spanning the width of the bathroom.

Relocating and integrating existing plumbing and mechanical systems around the new beam presented design and installation challenges, but careful coordination allowed us to execute the solution cleanly and efficiently. The finished space features a spacious five-piece bathroom layout highlighted by a bay window soaking tub with an exceptional view.

The result is a refined, functional bathroom that feels open, balanced, and thoughtfully engineered.
