About This Denver Remodel Project
This Beverly Heights home remodel in the Denver area focused on transforming a traditional, compartmentalized main floor into a bright, open-concept living space designed for entertaining family and friends. Achieving this vision required significant structural work, including the installation of a new foundation footing at the center of the home and the careful hoisting of a 30-foot structural beam through an upper-story window while temporarily supporting the existing structure.
Additional challenges included converting the original wood-burning fireplace into a modern gas unit, which required thoughtful planning to route new gas infrastructure through the existing home layout. Custom carpentry details and carefully selected tile finishes brought warmth and character to the newly opened space, creating an inviting environment that feels both functional and timeless.
During the final stages of construction, the homeowners welcomed their first child. Maintaining a clean, organized, and respectful jobsite was especially important during this sensitive time, and the clients were pleased with our consideration and attention to detail throughout the project.
