This Denver kitchen and bathroom remodel took place in a historic 1890 Victorian home located in the Park Hill neighborhood. The homeowners loved the original architecture and character of the home but wanted to update the interior with modern functionality and personalized design elements.

A key request was preserving a section of exposed brick in the kitchen as a nod to the home’s history. This feature was paired with crisp white cabinetry and contrasting black crown molding to create a striking blend of old and new. Behind the scenes, the project required extensive infrastructure upgrades, including the replacement of much of the original plumbing and significant electrical work.

The home’s electrical service was upgraded to a modern 200-amp panel, ensuring safety, reliability, and capacity for years to come. The result is a thoughtfully updated space that honors the home’s past while supporting modern living.
