Christian and his crew did a remodel of our master bathroom and the reconfiguration of our second floor to create a new bedroom. From the start to the finish the work that he and his team did was truly top notch. Christian's quote wasn't the lowest, but it was within the range. Given the complexity of the job and the many unknown variables at the outset, I was amazed at how close we were to that number at the end.

I have no doubt that other contractors would have made many adjustments to the price along the way, but a Christian's experience showed as he prepared us for the process and built in the appropriate contingencies to meet our budgetary expectations.

His team of contractors was amazing. They care and artistry with which they approached the job was phenomenal. I still marvel daily at the care with which they laid out marble tiles. This could have been done haphazardly, and yet they found ways to enhance the patterns in the natural stone in ways I would have never expected. The end result was beyond what we could have expected, and we are as in love with it today as we were the day the job completed. His team was also amazingly conscientious in our space. We have small children, and they were sure to clean their work site each night before they left, and let us know of anything we needed to be aware of in the space.

As I told Christian when the job was done, this house has three floors, and we know exactly who we will call when we are ready for our next project.

Buerger Brothers Construction is my go to contracting company here in Denver. They are the whole package you hope for when hiring a contractor: Skill, Problem Solving, High Quality workmanship, Character, Timeliness, Creative input, and...did I say character?

They did a complete, top to bottom home remodel for me on a 1906 cottage in South Denver. To say that it was a daunting job to undertake is an understatement. The home was in very poor shape and had had many low quality additions or modifications in years gone by that had to be "undone". In the process, it was discovered that part of the home was actually disconnected from the foundation.

Buerger Brothers presented a solution at a reasonable cost and the project continued to move ahead. In the end, they transformed a quite rickety, but charming cottage into a beautiful, inspiring, safe, lovely home. I'll always call on them.
